Upsite Studio ("Upsite", "we", "us") builds websites and messaging systems for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect on upsitestudio.com and through our client systems, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a demo, book a call or contact us, you give us your name, business name, city, trade and phone number. We use it to build your demo, reply to you, and, if you become a client, to run your account.
- Client business data. If you're a client, we store the information needed to run your website and messaging: your business details, photos, service areas, and the contacts and conversations that flow through your account. That data belongs to you.
- Website usage. Our site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited. We don't sell this data.
How we use it
- To build and deliver the demo you asked for and to answer your questions.
- To provide, bill and support your account if you become a client.
- To send you texts or emails you've asked for. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Text messaging
If you text us or submit a form asking us to text you, we'll text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our SMS terms.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host websites, send texts and process payments (our website and messaging platform, our card processor, and our domain and hosting providers). They process data only to provide those services to us. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share mobile numbers or consent information with third parties for marketing.
Your clients' customers
When we run messaging for a client, the client's customers' names and numbers are the client's data. We process them only to deliver the client's messages and automations, and we honor opt-outs immediately.
Your privacy choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of messages, or ask us not to share it, at any time. Text or call (561) 220-3321. We'll confirm within a few business days.
Keeping it safe
Accounts are protected by login credentials and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
